Return & Replacement Policy for Sampa Saree Center

At Sampa Saree Center, we take great care to ensure that our sarees are delivered to you in perfect condition. We understand, however, that sometimes a product may have a defect or may not be what you ordered. Please read our replacement policy carefully.
1. We Offer Replacement Only
Please note that we do not offer refunds. Our policy is for a replacement of the defective or incorrect product.
2. Conditions for Replacement
A product is eligible for replacement only under the following conditions:
Received a Damaged or Defective Item: The saree has a manufacturing defect (e.g., tear, hole, colour bleed, faulty stitching).
Received the Wrong Item: The product you received is different from what you ordered.
3. Conditions Not Eligible for Replacement
Change of mind or dislike for the product after purchase.
Incorrect size or colour chosen by the customer at the time of ordering.
Minor variations in product colour due to photography or monitor display settings.
4. How to Initiate a Replacement
To be eligible for a replacement, you must contact us within 1-2 days of receiving your order.
Please follow these steps:

Provide Evidence: You will be asked to provide clear photos or a short video of the defective or incorrect product.
Approval & Shipping: Once the issue is verified and approved by our team, we will initiate the replacement process. We will arrange a pick-up for the original item and dispatch the replacement product to you.
5. Important Notes
The replacement product will be the same item in perfect condition.
We bear the cost of shipping for all replacement orders that are a result of our error or a manufacturing defect.
